Subject: Pureland Wheel
Disciple Zhi Xuan of Si Chuan, China came up with the idea of forming a mantra wheel consisting of the holy mantra sheets that were written in my calligraphy, and placing the Vajra Dharma seal at the center of the wheel. I gave guidance on the direction
of the arrangement of words--it is to be counterclockwise so that when the wheel turns clockwise the words are in the right order, and on the order of the mantras.
Now the final result is attached.
Its significance is as follows: The Vajra Dharma Seal at the center represents the blessing of the Guru, then the innermost circle is the Namo Amitabha Buddha which conveys Buddha's blessing, the next outer circle is Weng Ma Ni Bei Mi Hong which conveys Guan Yin's salvation to beings in the six realms of transmigration, then it is the Resolving Karmic Debts Mantra which means through the blessing of Guru, Buddha and Guan Yin one's karmic debts are all resolved, then the outermost circle is the Rebirth in Pureland Mantra because when one's karmic debts are cleared, then one gets to go to Pureland of Buddha.
The Pureland Wheel mantra sheet can be offered on the altar or burned to grant blessings.
In reply to a question raised by Zhi Xuan, the Medicine Guru Buddha epithet in my calligraphy can also be offered on the altar or burned for His blessing.
Attain Enlightenment Soon!
