不落人我 林钰堂 计较不停陷烦恼,于事无补转添愁。 跋 遇事计较,除了自苦,岂必能得圆满解决之结果?超出人我之对立,只由事情之经历中仔细体会道理所在,而后依据因缘法则,自己修行或普劝大众,如此则可远离种种争执,从历炼中成长、成熟,而达到自他普利。 一九九八年九月廿四日 Not falling into Oneself and Others Yutang Lin Comparing and weighing without end means deep in sorrows; Comments: Always comparing and weighing, besides causing suffering to oneself, could it definitely lead to a satisfactory result? Transcend the antagonism between oneself and others, and simply try to understand the reasons through carefully reflecting upon the evolution of events, and then, following the rules of causes and conditions, engage in Dharma practices or propagate the teachings to the public. Thus one may remain distant away from arguments and fighting, but to grow and mature through experiences and thereby achieve benefiting oneself and all others.
