本净纯善　林钰堂

因缘迁变无定局，修善忏恶忙不完；
融入一体泯对立，本净自发纯善行。

或问：“一切无常；如何持善免恶？”一般而言，全赖细检心行，时时努力。根本解决，则是修行以达融入无限之一体。于此中，超越善恶之对立。由此同体大慈大悲，自然生起纯善之救渡行为。

Pure Goodness out of Original Purity　Yutang Lin

As conditions change situations evolve,
Practicing good and repenting bad never stop.
Merging into oneness beyond antagonism,
Charitable activities stem from original purity.

Comment:

Some asked, "All things are impermanent; how to maintain good and be free from evil?" In general, it all depends on careful reflection on one's intentions and constant efforts. The fundamental solution is to practice Dharma to merge into limitless oneness. In such oneness the antagonism of good and bad is no more. From the great compassion of such oneness there naturally arise salvation activities of pure goodness.
