支撑转弱急抽腿，不逐海市免踏空。

Quicksand everywhere, pausing step by step;
Gentle poking with one foot to find certainty.
Feeling shift of support, change station soon;
Don't run after mirage lest it comes to naught.

Situations in the world change rapidly; life is like walking on quicksand everywhere. Testing for certainty and reliability, changing position and course, reducing illusion and grasping; pausing step by step so that one might be spared the suffering of fall.
