操练 林钰堂
身心康健赖操练,日日勤修无稍懈; 跋 身心欲得灵敏安适,宜有日课,不断操练。久后便起变化,不但日常泰然,更有助长久安康。近来于每日佛课之外,又做俯地挺身及仰卧起坐之体操,深觉其益,而作此篇。 二○○五年九月十四日 Exercises Yutang Lin Healthy body and mind depend on daily exercises. Comments: To attain dexterity of body and clarity of mind one had better maintain daily exercises and practice them without negligence. After a while one will notice the ensuing changes. Exercises will not only help one to feel good in daily life but also help sustain long-term good health. Recently, in addition to my daily Dharma practices, I had adopted the physical exercises of doing sit-ups and push-ups. I had felt their benefits, so I wrote this work.
