感同身受
一句通常表达同情的话
在修证一体上而言
却是实情的陈述

肌肤相亲　甚至只要接近
暖热便流通
　　 而且生根　成为暖源
脉塞与病气也传递
　　 进驻相同的部位

心甘情愿地把证果分享
毫无嫌弃地将业障收下
　 利他而不害己
　 因为无限的一体自然不久
　 便将坏气消尽

一体不是空洞的理念
只要私念尽了
本来实在是这样子的

Felt as personally experienced
An expression commonly used to convey sympathy
And yet to the practice and realization of oneness of all
It is simply a statement of truth

Upon contact of bodies, and even just staying close
A current of warmth and heat flows through
　　　　And even takes root, becoming a source of warmth
Simultaneously, inner air of illness and congested channels
　　　　Also passes on to occupy corresponding areas

Wholeheartedly willingly to share the fruits of realization with others
Without the slightest trace of shunning to absorb others' karmic debts
　　　　Thus benefiting others without harming oneself
　　　　Because in limitless-oneness naturally and soon afterwards
　　　　All such foul airs will completely dissipate

Oneness-of-all is not an abstract and vacuous notion
As soon as self-centered thoughts are exhausted
Originally it is indeed like this
