Stagnant with Static Views

Yutang Lin

Grasping concepts and wound in views, one keeps reality at bay.
Groping in mazes of thoughts, one is unable to find a way out.
People could hardly realize that they are stagnant with static views;
Has the flow of changes in phenomena ever stopped for a while?

Comments:

Ordinary views and thinking are limited by static concepts to such an extent that people are ignoring the uncertainty of real situations. Consequently, people might circle in unrealistic thoughts, unable to find a way out, not to mention to open up their views or to reflect on their mistaken basic assumptions. The flow of phenomena never stops; it is inconceivable and beyond control. Do not become blinded by concepts and views, and confine oneself in the maze of thoughts.
